About us

As they say in Ireland ‘Cead Mile Failte‘ meaning, a hundred thousand welcomes to La Petite Auberge.

La Petite Auberge de Carennac is small Irish family run unique boutique chambre / table d’hotes in the Dordogne Valley on the River Dordogne.

With 3 highly rated uniquely decorated rooms, all en-suite. We have a peaceful garden with restaurant overlooking the River Dordogne and the Valley.

In the warm months we provide an outdoor terraced restaurant with 24 covers and offers river and valley view. The terrace vine and sun sail provide protection from the hot summer sun. The terrace is popular venue, as such we recommend making a table reservation to avoid disappointment. Our menu comprises a selection of European and International food, with locally produced wines.

Whether you are passing to say hello, stay or enjoying a meal looking over the terrace, you will get an Irish welcome and hospitality.
